After I added my new credit card to PayPal, they still debited my bank account instead of using the credit card which I set as my new default funding source. But the problem was a PayPal setting for recurring payments:
Log into PayPal, go to Profile, then Recurring Payments. Maybe your old account is still the funding source for recurring payments?]]></description>
