You prefer interaction, and I feel the same way about magic. However, the "Dream of Aces" routine is awesome because you don't need to talk - you can simply watch and be amazed, without any misdirection. I'm a much bigger fan of card tricks when the performer is talking through it. I know it's just one more method of misdirection, but much more fun. So can you do the above trick?
