I use it all the time to put presentations together - I love that you can export to pdf, quicktime, flash, etc.

I recently put a presentation together on strategic reasons for businesses to blog - you can see it here if you want to see what Keynote can do (or are interested in business blogging!).

You think that looks well, you should see it in Keynote - the transitions between the slides are gorgeous!
