I occasionally get calls on my cellphone from area codes I’ve never seen before. My response is usually, “Wha’?”

Also, is that a plugin, for the quicktags on comments? I’m digging that.

@Josh: Yeah, it’s LMB^Box Comment Quicktags. I posted it a few days ago on the 23rd. Whoa shoot, I even started hand-coding the links until I realized those were up there. Haha!

I found out who it was: a credit card company. Chase. I answered one time, and didn’t tell them who it was. So, I took a message. I’ll call them back when I’m ready to setup a “program”.

I get that exact same number on my phone calling me. It’s a credit company.

I called this number and I think its Chase Bank…they moved their collections/credit department outside of the USA so that they can take advantage of Canadian law…they don’t do our holidays either. I have no idea how they got my cell phone number too - but they have never left me a message either. I know I am a little behind in paying up on my credit card and I called it listened to the person who answered - and voila - it was a division of Chase.

What quick tab? Chase gets your cell phone number if you gave it to them.

I just wanted to say “Thanks” for your blog regarding this phone number. I got the phone call twice today (once @ 6:30am BC time & the other @ 7:40am BC time). Chase gets up alittle early don’t they?
Since you posted this blog, I was able to see immediately who this number (604-495-2468) phone number belonged to.
