I’m going to be using nLite 1.0 beta 4 (with quite a bit of customization in the setup) to clean install Windows XP on my laptop. 
If that goes well, I’ll basically do the same at home (of course creating another nLite CD for that system). I’ve put it off for awhile on both systems, but I think they’re due.
In a nutshell, what is nLite (in your own words) and what’s so cool about it?

Well, I love: the slipstreaming of a service pack, removing certain things from Windows I don’t use, the fact that (for the most part) I don’t have to be there to click through the setup install, and I like the creation of a new ISO image. If the driver and hotfix installation works, it’d be really awesome. It’s all very simple, too. Definite timesaver, for at least the unattended install.
