Something to help the lazy XHTML/CSS designers

I wish I would’ve started reading blogs much earlier. I’m sure I would’ve come across this post or the sites contained in it much sooner. Layout-O-Matic helps generate a XHTML/CSS layout, while List-O-Matic assists in creating a navigation list.

I’m glad I dug around Vinnie Garcia’s blog, or else I would’ve never came across his post mentioning these sites. I’ll use them when it comes time to redo the website.

Well well I must say I’m glad at the comment which Mr. Asurion left and to our other customers which were pleased with our service. I to am going to add to that as I too work in the Advanced Customer Care department.

Asurion has all of these policies in place to help our customers and so many people get upset at the fact that we need a police report for a LOST / STOLEN phone and these customers do not realixe that this benefits you, what would happen if someone were to pick up your phone and use it in criminal activity and you had no way to prove that it wasn’t you?

If you are contacting our company and do not feel that you are being treat the way that you want to be or the way that you feel that you should be ask to speak to a Supervisor and let us know so that way we can improve on what is happening…..or as Mr Asurion stated if you have a good experience let us know also and we will insure that the representative who assisted you receives a Kudos.

As for the way that the company treats their employees I have not had a complaint since I started working for the company, if you have did something wrong you are coached to do the right thing and if you do the right thing then you are reconized for this.

Please feel free to comment on this and I will be sure to come back and check, or if you have questions just post them and if I do not know the answer then I will get it for you.

Thank you
